Avatar: The Way Of Home Is Finally Going To Be Available For Downlands


Fox & Disney have just announced that fans can now watch their favorite movie of all time from home starting from March 28. There are no dates for the physical release yet but viewers can download and binge at home on websites like Vudu, Prime Video, Apple Tv, and Movies anywhere.


The second Avatar Series has a 3-hour watch time and a new pandora-sized set of extras. The Pandora extras according to a press release by the producers said that it comes with new creatures, indigenous clans, characters, and underwater environments. The production also nestles in New Zealand so much that James Cameron calls it the "New Zealand film."


Avatar's sequel features movie stars like Sam Worthington, Micheal Yeoh, Karina Mogue, Zoe Saldña, and Sigourney Weaver. It is finally ready for another theatrical debut since the release of the first Avatar in 2009.

The first Avatar Series premiered 13 years ago and tells the story of planet Pandora, Jake, and Neytiri's family.


Jake must work with Neytiri and the army of the Na'vi race to protect their home. The sequel now continues the story of Jake Sully's life with his newfound family on the planet Pandora. The usual threat returns intending to finish from where it stopped in the first Avatar. Jake must now do everything possible to protect their new home and that involves working with the Na'vi race army and Neytiri.




Fans can now explore the world of the characters with them, the troubles they will experience, the sacrifices they are forced to make for their safety, and the bad, good, and ugly moments! Everything in 192 minutes of drama keeps you spellbound till the end.

A Whooping Sum At Box Office

The movie hit $435 million in the first week at made box office. Avatar 3 also seems to be in the work way as producers say the movie might debut by December 2024. 



A Huge Cost Of Production

 Avatar 2 budget was 250 billion dollars, 2070+ in Indian crores. Still, it hasn't made as much profit as Avatar 1 with a budget of 237 million dollars and a turnover of $2.9 billion. Avatar 2 still needs $250 billion to make a break.



A New Camera Was Used 

Cameron envisioned using a new camera for the production and he was able to achieve it with the help of SONY who helped to develop a new camera, SONY Venice for the production. The camera used is SONY's first full-frame digital motion picture camera.



Award Nominations

The sequel movie was nominated for Best Motion Picture at the Golden Globe Awards before it was even released and it has received over 5 international awards too.



An Unexpected Approval From China

China granted the Hollywood blockbuster Avatar 2 permission to release its movie in the country despite a well-known ban on Hollywood movies.

Avatar was released worldwide on the 16th of December last year in over 160 languages.



A Pleasant Surprise In The Cast

Titanic movie star, Kate Winslet will be acting the humanoid role, of Ronal in the movie. She and other artists acted holding their breath for 5-7 minutes in underwater scenes.



Three More Parts Of Avatar Will Be Released Sequentially 


James Cameron says he plans to release three other parts in the next few years. Fans can expect other Avatar series; Avatar: The Seed Bearer, Avatar: The Tulkun Rider, and Avatar: The Quest for Eywa in 2024, 2026, and 2028 respectively.
