On Friday, September 29, Marvel Studios Legends will air an episode titled 'Variants'. This episode delves into the different variations of the character Loki, who can appear as a raven-haired man in a green suit, a blonde woman named Sylvie, or even an alligator with golden horns and a taste for cats. This raises the question — What exactly is a Variant?

The answer to that crucial question and more can be found in this episode of Legends. A Variant is an individual who does not belong to the "sacred timeline" and comes from an alternate reality where there may be a different version of Loki, Mobius, Renslayer, or Kang. If you're having trouble understanding it all, don't worry, Legends has got you covered!

Marvel Studios Legends: TVA

Protecting the "sacred timeline" is crucial, and being a legitimate part of it is essential to avoid being pruned by the Time Variance Authority's agents and sent to a desolate world at the end of time. In Legends, we explore the mysterious origins of the TVA and distinguish reality from fiction.

Are the Time-Keepers truly divine entities responsible for the TVA's inception, or are they just artificial puppets concealing the identity of a human mastermind with ancient and sinister knowledge? This episode of Legends provides all the answers.
