It’s no longer news that Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a series of lawsuits and allegations regarding sex trafficking and racketeering. The sad reality is that almost everyday, a new witness, victim or information is being uncovered, as far as this case is concerned. However, on September 27, new information was brought to light by an attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, adding to Diddy’s record of crimes.
Allegations Against Diddy
In a new allegation, a woman has accused Diddy of raping and assaulting her in 2018 alongside another individual at a friend’s residence. In the claim, she stated that she had been served a drink which was roofied and rendered her incapacitated and subjected to assault. She, however, managed to escape and filed a police report, but the case was apparently swept under the carpet.
Mitchell-Kidd, the accuser’s lawyer also said that Diddy recorded the incident using a hidden camera. She also went on to say that Diddy "sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object… then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her."
All this now seems more believable as this case joins a long list of allegations that have been levied against Diddy. The list includes coercion, manipulation, and forced labor which have all led to federal investigations and multiple lawsuits.
Diddy’s Tape: A Trending Commodity in Hollywood
In further incriminating news, Mitchell-Kidd also claimed that there is a compromising video of Diddy and a high profile individual, that is out there on the streets of Hollywood. When asked about the authenticity of this claim she said, "I've seen stills of the video, okay, so you can verify that it exists, that it's real, that the other person in the video is very visible," she said. "It's no question if it's that person in the video, and I can tell the video was pornographic in nature."
According to the attorney, someone had reached out to her about the existence of the tape and asked if she could act as a representative in selling the pornographic tape. She talked about rejecting the offer, and how common this development was in Hollywood.
Apparently, some people sell this tape to individuals who would then either sell it to the person in the tape or release it if they want. She also said that, “One particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.”
The Hay That Broke the Camel’s Back
For years, there have been whispers of accusations thrown at Diddy bordering on sexual, physical and emotional abuse. However the hay that broke the camel’s was Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit which sparked a federal investigation.
Since then, many other people have been emboldened to step up and file lawsuits against the music star. As it stands, there are at least over 20 lawsuits at his foot and some of them span over decades. However, Diddy continues to claim innocence and denies all the allegations brought against him. His team of lawyers are ready to take the case to court and they believe that he would come out unscathed. If at the end he is convicted, Diddy would be facing a life sentence.
