Simon Cowell is well known for his honest and biased judgment on the American Got Talent show. Today, the former X Factor superstar took a trip down memory lane to exclusively reflect on the old but golden days.
Simon Cowell's Instagram page, which has over 2 million followers, is filled mainly with short clips of the numerous presentations from the talent show all over the world. Recently, Simon shared an old video of unseen footage, which got everyone emotional.
In the video, Simon was seen seated on a boat while discussing X Factor's good old days with the (1D)One Direction boys (Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Liam Payne).
"There is just a particular group that I've got a good feeling about. I feel that there's something so special about this group; I've just got a good feeling about them", Simon was heard saying in the video.
With a caption under the video: "This still feels just like yesterday, Thank you so much guys, for being amazing. Love Simon."
In the comments section on Simon Cowell's post, there was immense love showered on both the One Direction boys and Simon. A fan of the 1D boys commented, "Thank you for believing in them," while another commenter said, "Your intuition are always right and astonishing, well done with all the good works."
The 1D boys started their careers in 2010 during their X-Factor days, making them 1 decade in 2020, and they've been doing excellently well ever since then. However, there are no peculiar suggestions as to why the Syco founder decided to share the emotional post, as the date does not hold any particular memory of the 1D boy's band.
Earlier in August, one member of the band, Liam Payne, took to his Instagram handle to reminisce on all his time in the 1D boys band. He posted an old throwback picture of himself with his bandmates, with a reflective caption, "Wow I've got so old we're just about to make a billion streams on our song! What Makes You Beautiful."
"Never have we thought in our career that the making of this song would make those huge numbers, This is an achievement boy, and I'm so lucky that I'm not only able to share this with you but also to share with our amazing fans out there."
Liam wrote in his heartfelt post that he has been discovering more about himself and the purpose of their venture. He expressed how the love from fans and the band has brought him immeasurable happiness.
"We shared laughter, pain, and everything. I miss you boys. Lots of love from me," posted Liam.
Fans of One Direction boys are so obsessed with the video clip, and they can't stop gushing about the good old days.
