On Sunday, the 24th of September, 2023, the number of dogs that attended the Paw Patrol movie screening got people talking all over the internet as everyone was amazed at the number of dogs who turned up for the event.

At the Museum of Autry Griffith Park in Los Angeles, a movie screening was held with a jaw-breaking number of 219 dogs in attendance, breaking the world record for the highest number of dogs at a movie screening.

The movie that captured the attention of so many furry friends and their owners was the animated series Paw Patrol. It's no surprise that this movie has become a favorite among dogs and their owners around the world.

Some dog owners even go as far as naming their dogs after Paw Patrol dogs in the movie, such as Chase, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, Marshall, Skye, Everest, Danny, Rex, and Tracker. Each dog has a peculiar character, which makes the movie more exciting and relatable to the viewers.

One of the officials of the record-taking team from Guinness World Records, Micheal Empric, said that the number of dogs (219) that attended the 2023 movie screening outdid the previous one held in October 2022.

He said, "I am so excited to be part of the Guinness World Record team for the highest number of dogs to attend a film screening."

" I also like to say congratulations to Paramount Pictures and Paw Patrol on their awesome new record-breaking title."

Brittany Thorn, the Los Angeles Director for the Society of Best Friend Animals, also expressed his excitement about the new record. "We are so thrilled to work with the whole team of paramount pictures to break the Guinness World Record of the highest number of dogs to attend a film screening."

"...I also hope that this would encourage more people to step up and adopt a dog today," he said.

It was said that animal adoption increased during the pandemic. However, many of the pets were returned to their shelters as soon as the restrictions were lifted and people returned to their customary activities.

The movie "Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie" will be released in theaters on Friday, and all fans will be able to enjoy it.
